Referral Program Terms

Rules of the Ele8 Refer & Earn program. By sharing a referral code or signing up with one, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

The Ele8 Refer & Earn program (“Program”) is operated by Veltrix Solutions LLP (“Ele8”, “we”, “us”). Existing Ele8 account holders (“Referrers”) can invite other PG owners (“Referred Users”) using a personal referral code or link. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • The Referrer must hold an active Ele8 account in good standing and be at least 18 years old.
  • A Referred User must be a new customer: no existing or previously deleted Ele8 account with the same email address, phone number or business, and must register using the Referrer's code or link.
  • A person cannot refer themselves, their own other accounts, or accounts operated from the same device or network for the purpose of earning rewards.
  • Each Referred User can be credited to one Referrer only — the code used at registration.

3. Rewards

  • Referred User: receives additional free trial days when registering with a valid code. The number of days is shown on the registration page at the time of signup.
  • Referrer: earns a reward only after the Referred User makes their first successful paid subscription payment. Signing up, starting a trial or setting up an auto-pay mandate alone does not qualify.
  • The reward is either (a) bonus trial days, if the Referrer is still on an unsubscribed free trial, or (b) a cash-value credit. The amount is shown on your Refer & Earn page and may change for future referrals; changes do not affect referrals already qualified.
  • Rewards are held for a safety period (currently 30 days) after the qualifying payment to allow for refunds and chargebacks, and are then released.
  • A Referrer can earn a limited number of rewards in any rolling 12-month period, as shown on the Refer & Earn page.
  • Cash-value credits are not automatically applied against subscription charges. They are paid out by our team to the Referrer's verified bank account or UPI ID on request, after we receive any information required by law (for example PAN).
  • Rewards have no cash value until released, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged.

4. Cancellations and Reversals

If the qualifying payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, or the Referred User's account is found to be fraudulent or in breach of our Terms, the related reward is cancelled. If a reward has already been paid or applied, we may recover it by adjusting future rewards or requesting repayment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating fake, duplicate or self-owned accounts, or using false identities or contact details.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or posting your code on coupon/deal sites without our written permission.
  • Misleading statements about Ele8, its pricing, or the Program; or paid advertising on Ele8's brand terms.
  • Offering your own money or incentives in a way that creates sham sign-ups.
  • Attempting to manipulate, automate or exploit the Program.

We may withhold, cancel or reverse rewards, and suspend or terminate participation or accounts, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms. Our decision on eligibility is final, subject to your rights under applicable law.

6. Taxes

Rewards may be taxable in your hands. Where required by law (for example under the Income-tax Act, 1961), we may deduct tax at source (TDS) from payouts and will require your PAN. You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST registration if your referral income crosses applicable thresholds.

7. Your Data

When someone signs up with your code, we link their account to you to calculate rewards. You will only see their first name and last initial, their sign-up date and referral status — never their contact details. We process this data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, your referral code is deactivated and any unreleased rewards are cancelled.

8. Changes and Termination of the Program

We may modify, suspend or end the Program at any time. Rewards for referrals that already qualified before a change will be honoured under the terms in force at the time they qualified. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
