These Terms govern your use of the Ele8 platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (the account holder, “User”, “you”) and Veltrix Solutions LLP (“Ele8”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms are subject to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
Ele8 is a cloud-based property management software platform for PG (Paying Guest) accommodation owners and operators in India. The platform enables management of rooms, beds, tenants, payments, expenses, staff, complaints, notices and reports.
Ele8 offers Free, Starter, Growth and Pro subscription plans. Current plan details, limits and pricing are available at ele8.in/#pricing. We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial on the Growth plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, the account automatically moves to the Free plan unless a paid plan is activated. You will not be charged without your explicit action to subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation, refunds and downgrade terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. In serious cases we may report violations to law enforcement.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Ele8. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data for our own commercial purposes beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of tenant personal data complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and any other applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo or branding without prior written consent.
We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, internet infrastructure issues or force majeure events.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Veltrix Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of ₹50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) or the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Indian law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrix Solutions LLP and its partners, employees and agents from any third-party claims, damages or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right, including the privacy rights of tenants whose data you enter into the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account with 7 days' written notice for material breach of these Terms. In cases involving fraud, illegal activity or immediate security risk, we may act without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be escalated to our Grievance Officer for resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udupi, Karnataka, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email or in-app notice. For minor or non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
