Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (the account holder, “User”, “you”) and Veltrix Solutions LLP (“Ele8”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms are subject to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. The Service

Ele8 is a cloud-based property management software platform for PG (Paying Guest) accommodation owners and operators in India. The platform enables management of rooms, beds, tenants, payments, expenses, staff, complaints, notices and reports.

3. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

Ele8 offers Free, Starter, Growth and Pro subscription plans. Current plan details, limits and pricing are available at ele8.in/#pricing. We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing and Payment

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually — in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service
• Prices displayed are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST at the prevailing rate will be added at checkout
• GST invoices are issued under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
• Failure to pay will result in a grace period, after which the account may be downgraded or suspended

4.3 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial on the Growth plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, the account automatically moves to the Free plan unless a paid plan is activated. You will not be charged without your explicit action to subscribe.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation, refunds and downgrade terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under Indian or applicable international law
• Enter false, fraudulent or misleading data into the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or copy any portion of the Service
• Upload malware, viruses or any malicious code
• Resell, sublicense or commercialise the Service without our written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or impairs its infrastructure or other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. In serious cases we may report violations to law enforcement.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Ele8. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data for our own commercial purposes beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of tenant personal data complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and any other applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Ele8 platform — including software, design, trademarks, logos and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Veltrix Solutions LLP. Copyright © 2026 Veltrix Solutions LLP. All rights reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo or branding without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, internet infrastructure issues or force majeure events.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by Indian law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Veltrix Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of ₹50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) or the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Indian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrix Solutions LLP and its partners, employees and agents from any third-party claims, damages or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right, including the privacy rights of tenants whose data you enter into the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account with 7 days' written notice for material breach of these Terms. In cases involving fraud, illegal activity or immediate security risk, we may act without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

13. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be escalated to our Grievance Officer for resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udupi, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email or in-app notice. For minor or non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at ele8.in/terms-of-service.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ele8 regarding the Service
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the English version prevails
